1. Pause. It’s a privilege and a gift to make it this far. Take it all in and tell us... anything. There’s no right or wrong way to go through menopause.

2. Learn. No one knows menopause better than someone who’s going (or gone) through it. This is a judgement-free zone to learn from other women and share your story, too. Our collective experience is powerful and can help everyone feel less alone.

3. Laugh. Let’s face it, this can be a scary, confusing time. But it can also be liberating, weird, and sometimes hilarious. (We promise, you’re not the only dealing with new chin hair…)
